EL SAUZAL, COSTA AZUL AND ROSARITO PORTS.
Present
We hereby notify you, in accordance with your relationship with the Administration of the National Port System of Ensenada, S.A. de C.V., hereinafter “ASIPONA Ensenada,” of the updated fixed rates applicable to contracts for the provision of port and related services at the ports of Ensenada, El Sauzal, Costa Azul, and Rosarito.
It is important to note that the rates have been updated based on the change in the National Consumer Price Index (INPC) for the period from June to December 2025, and will take effect on July 1 of this year. Furthermore, please note that these rates will be available for free consultation at this agency’s offices, as well as on the ASIPONA Ensenada website, and Value-Added Tax (VAT) will be added in accordance with current applicable legislation.

Present
By means of the present, and in pursuit to the Cession of the Tourist Marina of San Felipe as of January 01, 2024, which is operated by this Administration of the National Port System Ensenada, S.A. de C.V. (ASIPONA Ensenada), it is made of your knowledge the format ASPN-ENS-GC-F-06 "Current rates for service contracts" in San Felipe, by which the fixed rate of the services described in the same one is made known, same that will be effective as of March 26 of the present year.
