In compliance with the provisions of Article 17, Section III of the Planning Law, as well as the eleventh condition of the concession title, the 2021 Annual Operating Program (POA) of the Administration of Sistema Nacional Ensenada, S.A. de C.V. is presented, which regulates the actions to be carried out by the entity. The POA groups the different areas of responsibility of the entity, which with this document, will have the bases that will guide the actions to be executed in 2021.
