In accordance with the provisions of Article 17, Section III of the Planning Law, as well as the eleventh condition of the concession agreement, the Ensenada National Port System Administration, S.A. de C.V., hereby submits its 2025 Annual Operating Program (AOP), which sets forth the actions to be carried out by the entity. The POA brings together the entity’s various areas of responsibility; this document will provide the framework to guide the actions to be carried out in 2026.
