With cordial greetings, I would like to inform you of the ASPN-ENS-GC-F-06 "Current Rates for Port Services Contracts", by means of which the fixed rates for the Port and Related Services Contracts are disclosed, which were updated according to an adjustment based on the National Consumer Price Index (NCPI), corresponding to the period from December to June 2024, which will be in effect as of August 1st of this year.

By means of the present, and in pursuit to the Cession of the Tourist Marina of San Felipe as of January 01, 2024, which is operated by this Administration of the National Port System Ensenada, S.A. de C.V. (ASIPONA Ensenada), it is made of your knowledge the format ASPN-ENS-GC-F-06 "Current rates for service contracts" in San Felipe, by which the fixed rate of the services described in the same one is made known, same that will be effective as of March 26 of the present year.

MANEUVERING RATE FOR UNLOADING MARINE PRODUCTS COLONET FOODS, APPLICABLE IN THE PORT AREA OF EL SAUZAL, B.C.

This tariff refers to the port service of unloading maneuvers of marine products, which is performed at the request of users in the port area of El Sauzal, BC.

The rates listed in the following box are those in effect and will be available for consultation to the public user at the offices of this Administration of Sistema Portuario Nacional Ensenada S.A. de C.V., in addition, the rates will be added the Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the current legislation in force, being as follows:
