What are the requirements?

Only when hazardous waste management requirements apply.

• Permits and authorizations of the provider updated by semarnat for the collection and transportation of hazardous waste.
• copy of the valid permit for the federal freight transportation service in the specialty of hazardous materials and hazardous waste of the vehicles used to provide the service.

• Submit a specific safety and hygiene program for the handling and transportation of hazardous substances.
• Submit a copy of the environmental liability insurance policy covering possible damages and damages caused by spills of hazardous waste in water, soil and port infrastructure. For a minimum amount of $1'000,000.00 pesos.

Only when material handling (fuel) requirements apply.
