Port of Ensenada promotes customer service

In order to maintain a close relationship with customers and/or users of the Port of Ensenada, the Administration of the National Port System Ensenada, S.A. de C.V., has had a Customer Service area since April 2009, whose function is to provide timely information to applicants.

There are also complaint and suggestion boxes in the Malecón, Recinto Portuario, and El Sauzal Port areas.

With these measures, ASIPONA Ensenada establishes a greater commitment with clients and users with the purpose of offering better port services and having a more personalized and quality attention.
